Registration Cancellation Policy
In the event you must cancel your reservation, you will receive a refund as defined below:
- Cancellation notice must be submitted in writing at least 8 days prior to session start date.
- All cancellations received within seven or fewer days of session start date forfeit full tuition.
- A cancellation fee of 10% will be applied to all cancellations.
Required & Optional Forms:
If you register a child for a class, please download the 'Release Form' and 'Camp/Daytrip Contract' -- these are required forms. Fill them out and bring them to class the first day to speed check-in.
If you are interested in receiving Scholarship Funding for class tuitions, please download the 'Scholarship Form.' Fill out the form and return it to Chris Neely to confirm availability of funds.
